Green Lantern

There are two different version of Green Lantern up for Pre-Order.  SKU: 3477108 and SKU: 3477092

They both show the same cover, "Extended Cut"

Can anyone explain what the difference is?  I would obviously pre-order the less expensive one if it was the same.

Thanks

Re: Green Lantern

The more expensive one is the NR version and also has the special features including: Special Features on Blu-ray Including Picture-in-picture Commentary, 8 Featurettes, Character Bios, Galleries, Storyboards

Re: Green Lantern

So one would assume, but the less expensive one (SKU: 3477092) also has the NR tag, and clearly shows a picture of the Extended edition.

To add to the confusion, a search for Green Lantern brings up a third option with no picture whatsoever, SKU: 3477047, priced the same as SKU: 3477108.

The only reason I care, I like to pre-order and then just go pick it up at my leisure without missing the sale price.

Thanks for the help.

Re: Green Lantern

I believe the 17.99 one is the one disk version. The higher cost one(one of them anyways) has the steelbook and is the one with the bonus feature extra disk. The ad lists it as the 22.99 one being the extended cut combo pack with the steelbook and the 17.99 just the one disk blu ray.

Re: Green Lantern

Stopped by tonight planning to pick up the steelbook.  Sold out, apparently throughout the local area.

So they suggested I make a two hour drive to a store that showed having 5 in stock...an hour before closing time.

I suppose I could have gone ahead and gotten the regular packaging while I was there, but after that suggestion, I think I'll be going elsewhere to buy the movie if I have to get the regular packaging, even if I end up spending more.  After all, it'll still be cheaper than the gas for a four hour round-trip...to buy a movie.

Re: Green Lantern

3477092 is NOT a combo pack like the picture shows.  I figured this out when I went to pick up my online order and was told that what I ordered was just a single disc edition and NOT what the website shows.   I'm not sure why they STILL have the wrong picture next to it.  It's misleading and false advertising.
