So every time I've been into the Best Buy in Lee's Summit, MO, it smells so awful it is difficult for me to shop. On top of that, the games are mis-priced and they do nothing about it. There are always at least three people standing around doing nothing while I pick up a game or dvd that is sitting in the wrong location with the wrong price. Once I go to check out, the cashier is unwilling to help with the situation. Also I picked up a dvd thats case was busted and they were unwilling to do anything about it. No discount or ability to make sure the dvd was unharmed. I get home and ended up picking up a dvd thats case was completely busted. It won't even sit in the case because the part that holds it in is broken. Not sure what to do now because they said they don't give discounts or make up for their terrible packing and shipping efforts. Every time I go into the store I drop at least $100 but am so disappointed that Amazon is most likely going to become my new dvd/game retailer of choice.
Does anyone else have these problems????

Why would you even bother buying a broken cased DVD? You knew it was broken, yet you still bought it, and now are complaining about it? That makes no sense at all.....

My Best Buy no longer carries DVD's. It's disappointing because I liked stopping in and checking out what was new. I no longer have any local stores that sell DVD's.
If that was the only DVD left and its case was broken, I think you could have asked them to order a new one from the warehouse. Their staff always offers to order me things that they don't carry, but I supposed other Best Buys could be different.
