How does the customer know what number they are and better yet how does one PROVE what number they have if they don't write it on one of the customers forms?  I was told I was Third in line when I pre ordered then was told I was 9th when I called later today.  I have nothing in writing.  Maybe I'm 32nd by tomorrow.  List holders word vs mine.

Mine was marked #11, but how can i prove they followed list and not bump me because of the white phones. I have this funny feeling that something changed to store #525 list. I was #11 and #10 was right next to me, he ordered 1 16gb black & 1 16gb white. That means bb only received 10 phones and out of those 10 phones 1 order was white.so if they stuck to their promise of not bumping people due to the white shortage then that would leave only 9 they have to fill before me. I find it hard to believe that one of the main bb stores for pa only received 9 phones.I hope there not giving pulling pre-orders for customers waiting outside!
