So i waited in line for a while in front of my local Best Buy only so that they could tell me they wouldn't have the iPhone 4s (sprint) which they advertised and claimed they would have on release date. They said they will get them in the afternoon and it is a first come first serve type thing. I come later and they say they still don't have any and tell me just pay for them (3) and they will have them later today reserved for me or early tomorrow. Well it is tomorrow and i am hearing that no Bestbuy's are getting any sprint iPhone 4s's. This has been discussed a lot but i am disgusted by these business practices. And will probably never shop at buest buy again. Can anyone give me an email i can use to contact customer relations?

i waited in line Friday after no calls at my local Best Buyin WillowBrook, Houston, TX only so that they could tell me that they have the iPhone 4s 16 but no 32 (sprint) and I would be receiving a call that evening, just like they promised. They said they will get them in the evening. I never heard Friday the 14, Sat the15th I go to another BB at Hwy 6 Copperfield and the staff member tells me that BB did not get any iPhones 4s 32gbs. That they would probably receive some Saturday evening which I think is another one of their lies. It's now Sun the 16th and I'm still waiting for a call or email explaining the delay.

I arrived Saturday to purchase a 16 and a 32. I knew not to expect one of them at least, but when I asked about the 32, they shrugged their shoulders. They absolutely had NO idea when to expect another shippment of any kind of iPhones.
