What are you giving your customers for hanging in there waiting for their phones? It is now the 31st and no word on when my phone will be available. It is now the 31st (when you promised the phones by). I have a feeling the day will come and go with no contact from you saying that my phone is in. I know A LOT of people have jumped shipped and ordered their phones elsewhere. So for the people that are hanging in there, waiting - what are you giving us? And don't say the headphones, because everyone who preordered are getting them.

Maybe BB is trying to see how many customers that they can lie to and string along and will still shop at BB.

If I could get the phones (I ordered 2) anywhere else with no interest financing, I would... so that's my only reasoning for hanging in there. And they already lost their first sale from my household. Husband ordered drake's fortune from Amazon, instead of going to Best Buy. I know it's not a lot, but it's the way we are going to go with the majority of our purchases going forward.

Did they give you a hard time to cash in your trade-in gift card? They all out refused to cash out mine. If I'd known I had to wait so long, I would have traded in my 32gb 3GS somewhere else.
