I wish I knew also. I know that on my order it says that I can't cancel it because it is in processing. Maybe that is good.

Mine says it is processing with the initial email, but when I log in to check the status of my order I have the option to cancel it and that it has been backordered

Mine also says In Process / Back Ordered, but mine says "Item can't be canceled.  Why?"  What color did you order?
