i went to the site to get the model number and the phone number to purchase a new phone and contract from here , during the free shipping and free activation period and when i tryed to go the site at 11:00cst it was already down for the updates, so not only did i not get the phone i wanted but i was out the free shipping and waived activation fee .heck i regestered and went threw all that and it is only 12:07 and lord knows it takes me longer than 7 min to type and get threw to this forum. the site says 12:00 ct  i would think it ment centrel time so why was the site down for updates at 11:00 centrel time
