I usually order from sprint and i do it online, it always seems like your paying more in the store. But now i wanted to order my phone from bb online, but im on a family plan, dont want to change my plan, and dont want to upgrade more than one phone. Any chance i will be able to do this by 12/1 (my upgrade date)?

There is very little chance that you'll be able to successfully upgrade without having your entire account screwed up. What you are looking at is actually not BB, but a third party called Simplexity. Avoid them like the plague, because they will screw your account up.

Evansdd25,
If you would like you can on December 1st, do your upgrade online. If you come into a Best Buy Mobile store, and you are within 14 days of your upgrade, you can have it done early. The Mobile Consultant will just need to call Sprint, and have it changed for you. In our stores, we still offer no mail in rebates, and price matching, so if you find it cheaper anywhere else, we will take care of it all, and you don't have to wait for it to be shipped. If you have any questions, feel free to message me. Also, check out our new Best Buy Mobile website!

I've never heard of that policy, so I don't know where Kyle is getting that.

Actually, I think the policy is fairly new within the last few months. Just have your local Best Buy Mobile associate call Sprint and you shouldn't have any problems!
