I bought in 06/26/11 one locked iphone 4 16 GB black. When i come back to Brasil i unlocked with ship gevey but today i pluged itunes and restored my iphone with new versio 5.1 and now looked again and i dont know how i do.

Best buy could unlocked my iphone?. i kept my receipt. What i do?

Yes, Apple likes to relock their phones with iTunes.  Your unlock service should have warned you about this.  Never sync with iTunes until you are back home.
