i recently purchased a virgin mobile phone from their online website but when i recieved it i didnt like it. i noticed that bestbuy sells virgin mobile phones, including the one i purchased. i was wondering if i could exchange my virgin mobile phone for a different one at bestbuy, instead of returning it by mail and buyng a new one online, which would take too much time. i would appreciate it if i got an answer from a best buy employee.

As long as you're within the 30 day return policy, you should be fine.

Sorry, re-read your post... if you bought it directly from Virgin Mobile, Best Buy would be unable to return or exchange it, as they require a receipt. You could return your phone to Virgin and buy a new one from Best Buy however.
