do at&t go phones come with sim cards in them? and also do they have minutes already on them?

i wanna buy an at&t gophone from bestbuy.com, does it come with minutes already or do i need to buy a prepaid card with it? also does it come with a sim card already in it?

It does come with a prepaid SIM card, but most do not include any minutes or credit.
