cell phone

 i recently purchased cell phone,with sprint as carrier there service is horrible,missed calls cant connect to facebook at times,recently dialed 911 and was disconnected twice i want to terminate contract,i feel i shouldnt have to pay early termination fee for lack of service im paying for,had phone checked at sprint and there is nothing wrong with it,you can have phone back

If you are within 14 days of purchase you can return the device to Best Buy and cancel the Sprint contract.

If you are outside of the 14-day policy, you would have to pay the Early Termination Fee. If you wish to dispute this you would have to contact Sprint, as the contract you signed is with them.
