They had no problem at all letting me drop a huge chunk of change on a Samsung note for a trip I had them tripple check I could use the phone on yet here I am 5000 miles from home only now learning that my international plan is 3 months away from working.

Don't get me the wrong, this phone totally kicks a$$. I will be returning it and buying it again from a different company though. That minor inconvience is far less than what I am dealing with right now.
