Last week I purchased a Samsung Intercept with a Virgin Mobile plan of $55 per month for unlimited mobile, web, and talk. Now I think that $55 per month is a lot but they told me that Metro PCS has terrible service. I was wondering if that was true.
I don't have the box for the phone anymore nor do I have a reciept but is there a way I can exchange what I got?
