Uprgrading questions

Ive had this phone for almost 2 years, im elgible in march, it has been giving me problems the last few months (shutting off, freezing, not getting text/calls), i need a new phone asap, is there anyway that bet buy would possibly let me upgrade tomorrow being a month early?
