Upgrading phone available online only and keeping Sprint SERO plan

Hi -

I was considering upgrading my Sprint phone to the HTC Snap and renewing my contract. This phone is currently only available on the Best Buy Web site, not in stores. However, when attempting to upgrade via the Web site you are forced to select a  new service plan. I do not want to give up my current plan, which is a SERO plan. Is there any way around this? Or are you not able  to upgrade a phone via the Web site without changing your service plan?

Please let me know. Thanks!

Unfortunately, that is not BB, but a third party named Simplexity, and they're just horrid. They also run the online phone sales for companies such as WM and Seers. They will screw up your plan, so do not go near them.

Fortunately, BB will soon be dumping them and using their own employees for phone sales.

WM now uses LetsTalk which seem far better from what I have seen and read.

This phone has been discontinued, as it is not in stores any more. If you do, do it online, you will have to change your plan.
