Upgrading Phone Verizon Wireless

Hello,

 

I am trying to upgrade my phone through BestBuy, but I am not the account holder and only an account manager. I have all the necessary information for the account and am wondering if I am able to upgrade the phone without an account holder being present. The account holder is currently in a different country. Thank you
