My inquiry is regarding the new white Samsung GalaxyNote.

If I bought it with no contract plan. Will it be working internationally fine with no technical problems if I insert another local telecom-operator sim card such as; VIVA in Kuwait, STC in Saudi arabia, Vodafone in Qatar etc...Assuming all operators do provide 3, 3.5 & 4G services.
