I was recently installing a different ROM onto my Sansung Galaxy S2 E4GT without the knowledge that it could possibly "brick" my phone. I am currently (or was) rooted in order to apply this ROM and during the process my phone bricked. Am I still covered by the Full Best Buy Phone Warranty Plan that I purchased and pay for every month or not? If so can I bring my phone in and expect to get a new one?

Not enough detail here - but custom firmare almost always voids the warranty on your phone.
Since you're an E4GT owner - I'm guessing you fell victim to the Superbrick fiasco. Ice Cream Sandwich leaks and official releases for every Samsung Exynos-based device except for the international GS2 (GT-I9100) have a major bug in the MMC driver that can do permanent damage to the device. Right now "official releases" that are affected are only the international Galaxy Note XXLPY releases and Korean GS2 units (SHW-M250S/K/L) - Leaks for the Epic 4G Touch and the AT&T GS2 (SGH-I777) are also affected. Unlike the E4GT, nearly all custom firmwares for the I777 are based on the I9100 Update4 source instead of leaks, so are safe (but will still void your warranty).

(And yes - I have ERD status over on XDA.)
