I upgraded my standard phone to Smart phone and visited one of Best buy retailer outlet and because of unavailability of the phone that i need and the sales person advice to order. then I ordered at 7:00pm.
here is the Bad thing's to know in Best buy services.......back at home same day later of purchase, I change my mind to cancel it then contact and talk to Best buy- order and return department fto cancel my order but the response from Best buy Phone representative is "no way cancel" and then talk to Manager the same response "No way to cancel" said just receive the Phone and then return it again to best buy even you don't like. it means forcing their customer to accept the things which is not even delevered what kind of customer service like that or kind of Business like BestBuy.
BEWARE NOT TO ORDER if you want to cancel later.....
no good customer services..

What DanK said, and...most folks would not need to be warned about ordering if they want to cancel later. Why would someone place an order to start with if their intention was to cancel later? I think many people do research about what sort of phone they want before they upgrade, which probably reduces the chance of being unhappy and wanting to cancel. What made you decide you didn't like or want the phone before you had even received it?
