At the end of May I added a line to my account and got the Motorola Backflip, everything was fine until At&t released a software update, the phone seriously lags and is a lot slower than it was, my signal is now horrible, in places I used to have 3-4 bars I have zero, could I return the phone for a different one? if it is the software then getting the same phone seems like a bad idea, would they even let me do this or am I SOL?

I called BB and they said I have to talk to AT&T since it is a software issue, they can either reverse the software update or give me another phone...we will see what happens after I call.
