Someone told me that best buy repairs phones. I have a crack going across the screen. So can you guys repair it in the store or would you have to ship it out. Also how much would it cost.

I wouldn't trust best buy for any repairs on anything-You need to read this forum on how unhappy everyone is with this shady company.

No Best Buy does not currently do phone repair unless you have a protection plan.
