Price match iPhone 4s?

Hello I was just wondering if anyone new this... I am looking to buy the iPhone 4s for the unsubsidized price. My question is will Best Buy price match the Apple price of $649 for the 16 Gig iPhone 4s? Bust Buy's list price is $699

I am looking to buy it from Best Buy because I have to "Buy Back" program on my current phone.

Any help? Thanks...
