Just checked my email and my AT&T 4s 16GB White phone is ready for pickup 10 days ahead of schedule(preordered on the 9th and was told it would be the 31st) I'm gonna head up there after work in an hour or so....will let you know if they actually came through or not.

Well I was able to get it with no issues. Right before I left the house I had gotten the email about how it could take up to 21 days, so I called to confirm the previous email I received(saying that the phone was in) It looks like my BB only received AT&T b/c when I told the rep I received my email that it was in, he straight out asked "For AT&T, right?" Now I'm not gonna defend BB in any of this screw up but I will say that I did receive my phone 10 days earlier than what I was told.

It is interesting that when someone posts a somewhat positive story, DanK is all over it with a prompt response, however, he is generally no where to be found to address the thousands of legitimate complaints on this board.
Do yourself and your company a favor and start answering the difficult questions.
