I've been approved for an early upgrade on my verizon account through a VW customer relations manager, because of a software defect on the HTC Droid Incredible. This was in March. I went to a BBY store last evening, hoping they can help me out, maybe verify with Verizon that I have been approved for it.
No help. The person in BBY Mobile department was seemingly there for the paycheck and looked at me like I was just trying to push him around. I explained everything clearly, but he made no attempt to even make a sale on a 2 year upgrade(im actually officially 1 month early on eligibility from my contract at this point) for the HTC Rezound.
What does it take to actually get people moving in the store to do something for a sale? I'm not asking for a discount or money off, just to honor Verizon's word.
