Mobile phone exchange/return policy question URGENT!

According to the Best Buy Wireless website return policy for returns or exchances on a mobile phone it states that the phone can not have been used more than 30 minutes. I dont see why BB would give me 14 days or 30 or whatever it is to return the phone if its void once you use it for 30 minutes because most people do that the first day. With all that said, I have found ZERO information confirming this to be true anywhere else, maybe this is an old policy? I would like to exchange a phone I purchased just a few days ago at BB for the iPhone but my total call time duration is well over an hour. WIll they still let me? If not I found an application that can reset the call durations life history I wonder if that would work. Please, help I don't want to be stuck witht his phone all because I talked on it for an hour. Its still brand new!

http://wireless.bestbuy.com is operated by a third-party. It sounds like you purchased your phone at a Best Buy store, in which case the "Best Buy Cellular Solutions" return policy does not apply to you. You have 30 days to return or exchange your phone.

I would ask ask something that is related to this, My phone today broke due to water damage, and i only purchased this almost 2 weeks ago. Can i still get a exchange from a best buy store(where i bought it from)?

Did your purchase the Geek Squad Protection? If so, you're covered, and your phone will most likely be replaced through Rapid Exchange.

If you did not purchase a Geek Squad Protection plan then no, you cannot return or exchange a phone with water damage.
