Does anyone know why the system won't link my two accounts together?
It's now being offered under "My Account" on the bestbuy.com website. It says the names must match on both accounts to be able to link them. And mine are the same.
I get through the initial link page when I click the "Link accounts" button. Then I get passed the Best Buy login information. But when I enter the MyRewardZone login page, it says, "The information provided does not match."
Well, that's ridiculous, because I've verified on both sites, that everything matches perfectly.
Any ideas out there?
I could really use your help.
