I hope you get a big paycheck man, because you've definitely earned it this week.

As for me, I preordered my phone at #535, a 32gb black, and they got 10, and originally I was 13th, but they cut two people that had ordered a white one in front of me, so now I'm 15th. Am I dissappointed I'm not getting mine tomorrow? Of course, but life will go on.

Yea id like to thank Jacob too.  Frantic iPhoner's can become overwhelming with requests (I know because i was one of them!)

 

But thanks manfor keeping your composure and trying to satisfy all our requests with respect.  Cheers to you bud.

Well he has been the most helpful BB employee that I have ever dealt with. So Thank You Jacob for your quick response to my question. It would be nice if all BB associates were as helpful as you.

Agreed...Cheers to you Jacob! Can't even imagine how quickly these boards lit up with irate customers who pre-ordered. Thanks for doing the work when (it would appear) most store employees were so unwilling to.

 

It's alright if you don't drink...I'll have one in your honor instead!

I'd like to jump on this bandwagon, too.  You've been incredibly patient, understanding, and informative with all of us crazy and frustrated iPhone fanatics.  And I second the motion, that you are the most helpful BB employee I have ever had contact with.  I almost cancelled my BB pre-oder yesterday, but because of your superior level of customer service and dedication to us pre-order customers, I decided to keep my pre-order with Best Buy.  THANKS.  Now hopefully you can get some rest from all the craziness now that launch is nearly over.

 

 

PS -- Got called by my store today -- Unfortunately, not enough 32gb, but they had enough 16gb for me to switch -- so I get my iPhone tomorrow at 3:00p.  16gb should honestly be plenty for me considering I already have a 160gb iPod classic, not like I need much more now.  If not, well I should give my 16gb to my wife in september when shes available for upgrade and get the 32gb.  It all works.
