A wise man once told me people remember most how you handle the bad situations and that is when you are most likely to gain, or lose, the trust and repect of customers/clients/friends.
In every business, things can go wrong. Jet Blue had a nightmare situation a few years back yet they stepped up and actually gained loyal customers after the fact.
