I ordered a Blackberry Tour 9630 GSM Unlocked, and I just received it in the mail this evening after a week. However, I realized that the phone was a Sprint Phone, and my carrier is T-mobile. When I put in my activated T-mobile sim card into the phone, it said activation was required. 

As a test, I used my brother's sim card to check if it was my sim card or just the phone itself. His sim card didn't work either, so we figured it was because the phone was not unlocked. 

Should I bring in this phone into a nearby Best Buy to get a newly replaced phone? Because I have checked in the forums that you do not unlock phones on the spot. I'm hoping that I don't have to wait another week to get a new phone shipped ...
