How do I find out if a Company my husband work for has associated with Sprint for employee special rate? If there is, How do I obtain it for a Family Plan? Do I go through a Plan & Phones with Bestbuy, the Employer or Sprint? Thank you for helping

Call sprint customer service to see if the employer has discount for that company.

also Read the Terms and conditions for Black Tie before you buy because BB does NOT COVER LOST/STOLEN or extreme drops on mobile phones, the carrier does Asurion for sprint.

As far as mobile phones go, Best Buy offers the same coverage as your Carrier( although Lost or Stolen under your carrier is per carrier between $50.00 and $200.00) and there are no limits to how many times you can take your phone in for replacement(some carriers have a 4- phone limit per year). In my opinion they offer the best because there is no down paymewnt unless you lease a temp phone(which you do get back once the phone is returned). The price to buy out right as opposed to monthly is cheaper. Also keep in mind even if you take your phone in for repair yo ucan cancel the protection plan at any time and be reimbursed appropriately.

If you have used your GSP, you would not qualify for a refund of anything you've already paid for it. This is because the cost of even one Rapid Exchange replacement exceeds the price you paid for your 2-year protection.
