But not at best buy. Yesterday I returned the gift card I received for my deposit and got my $50 back. Today I went to my local AT&T store and was told I'd have to wait until tomorrow. Thankfully the manager came up to me and asked what I needed and I told him and he went and grabbed me an iPhone 4 right out of the back room. Thanks to him I now have what I've been wanting for a while.
I suggest you guys just get your money back and head to AT&T. Good luck! I hope you all will enjoy your iPhone as much as I do.

Auuuuugh, waiting for best buy sucks. I feel like a baffoon. I wish I didn't have to work til 8. I really don't think Best Buy's going to call until sometime in July at this point. I should have just woken up at some ungodly hour and stood in line, it's less embarassing than waiting for BB to call. Sigh.

I just got mine too at AT&T. Screw best buy, more like slow guys. I line up this morning at AT&T and didn't get the 32gb, but when I went back they had a butt load of them just came in. So your guys best bet is to go straight to AT&T. Enjoying my fast 32gb iPhone.

Holy Caesar's ghost! I just got my iPhone!!! Wooohooo. Trust me, I was in the same boat as everyone here. Checking the BB Forum every friggin day since pre order on the 15th. I basically had enough. I was convinced BB wouldn't get me my phone until god knows when. Cause why?? Cause they don't know when they'll get the phones either! Long story short, I was #60 on the pre order list thinking that was a solid number back on the 15th. Of course we all I know the only solid pre order number was 1-5 on the list. Lol. Friggin joke.

So what did I do? I called first thing in the morning to my local AT&T store in Orange County, CA at around 8am when I first got into work. Of course they said they were sold out already and they told me I should call again in a couple hours because they were expecting another shipment. So I called around 11am and they said they had some 16GB available in black and that there was a line and he couldn't give me any more info on stock. I took an early lunch and jetted over there to come and find I was like 8th in line. The store was not hectic at all. I was in and out within 30 mins tops.

Guess what that means? I'm going to BB later to return my gift card. Sorry BB but I'm not sorry. I pre ordered to avoid a line. I guess a 30min line isn't so bad. I've been stressing to get a phone on launch this whole time. I should've told myself the launch date was the 29th to begin with. That would've saved myself a lot of headachs!

I wonder how many others finally gave up?  I got sick of getting the run around from best buy.  going to get my gc refund after work, when they ask why I'll show them the brand new iphone 4 they couldn't provide me with.

Exactly right? Same thing I was thinking... I wonder how many other people gave up too... Cause everyone should give up now and go to AT&T! Drop what you're doing and gogogogogo.

I gave up on Best Buy the day the iPhone4 came out. I got mine from Apple on release day. I def recommend going to Apple or AT&T. Best Buy is a joke. I am #6 and STILL haven't been called. I left my pre-order open just to see how long it will take Best Buy to fulfill a #6 pre-order. Coming up on a week late. Horrendous.

Just called AT&t, they said they got some today and were out. They said they were going to get some tomorrow but that there was a "list" of course. At least she let me get on the list over the phone, and she said they will go through the list as they come in.

Yeah, I gave up and went to AT&T today. Before, my Best Buy store had at least been some-what patient and willing to give me updates about where I was in the line, when they might get more, etc. But I think the long hours and the hundreds of "Where is my iPhone" calls are starting to get to them because now as soon as I say the word iPhone I just get a "WE KNOW NOTHING!!!" sort of response.

No hard feelings against that store or its employees, I sympathisize with the crappy situation they are in. But when there is another store right down the street with iPhones falling out of their ears, handing them out to walk-ins, it just seems dumb for me to wait on Best Buy. The only reason I went there to begin with is because I have $165 worth of gift cards (plus the $50 I got for the pre-order, so $215) but I'm just going to use all that on a White one for my wife when that comes out. Or, if Best Buy decides to end their relationship with Apple before that comes out (which I would not blame them for after this hahaha) I'll buy a new Xbox or something...

Anyway...AT&T has tons it seems. If you can't or don't want to wait, I would go there. Otherwise, good luck to you!
