Got my call for a black 16GB! Just a quick thank you to Jacob for putting up with all of our collective insanity and panic. I got my call later in the afternoon so there may still be hope for those on the list.

Quick question for those who may know: I was offered the black tie service from geek squad...but from what i'm gathering, it looks like that's probably not an option I want to explore?

I'm hearing more horror stories than anything else, which is kind of what makes me a little more...wary of in-store warranties. Something about a $150 deposit for a loaner phone? What?
