ice cream sandwich is available on galaxy s2 now. I just read a site and some tweets by samsung employees. U can use vpn to download the update if ur in a diff country too like i did.

This is, of course, ONLY for the international GT-I9100. Users of the SGH-I777 won't be able to use this until Samsung releases kernel source (which they are legally required to). Users of the Sprint GS2 won't benefit much from this, and users of the Skyrocket or T-Mobile T989 get nothing from this.
