i have a question , my contract is over in 5/01/2012 31 days i was wondering can i go to Best Buy and get an early upgrade for Sprint using the 150$ off . because im tired of the phone i have now .

no not til 5/01/2012 .

Your upgrade date and contract end date are separate. If Sprint says you cannot upgrade until 5/1/12, unfortunately they would not be able to move it up by a month.
