Just wondering about the current $50+$50 Evo4G trade in. It says "gently used" in the small print. What if the phone is a little worse than "gently" how do they determine the credit amount? Also, what if that same number is registered with the Phone Freedom program, will the additional $50 gift card be awarded?

You should receive a $50 gift card regardless of the condition of your EVO 4G. The other $50 will be subtracted automatically from your phone purchase transaction just by doing the trade-in.

The EVO 4G trade-in offer page does state "savings not valid in conjunction with other offers," however they shouldn't conflict with each other from a system standpoint. Your best bet would be to see what your local store will be able to do, and you know you'll be getting at least $100 off, with the possibility of $150.

So I went in tonight and was shot down, I cant order the galaxy nexus because its not in stock, and i was told becase my screen has 2 slight scratches I would only recieve $60 credit total
