Reserved an 32GB Black iPhone 4 and i was about number 80. Awhh what to do?

Same here got there around 5 pm on launch date. Ordered 32gb black and they made an appointment for me to pick it  up that day of as well. I called during the week and they kept telling me if I made an appointment I will have it when my appointment was scheduled. I show up on time for my appointment and I'm looked at like an idiot once I walk in with my papers. I been waiting for a call, everyone is extremely rude and impolite. I went to double check today, and she said "did you get a call from us?" I said no, but I just wanted to see if they got a shipment, she said "well why would you come if you didn't get  a call?" I was shocked so I left. It's ridiculous that they can't even try to be polite. I guess that's what best buy prides themselves in. Not having good customer service.

I'm in merced CA... store 844 i think... was in there today and they had a decent amount of 16gb's they said werent on pre-order... just there.. i think downy is pretty close... maybee call them to verify first however.
