Hey, so if i go from Argentina to USA (Like a tourist), Best Buy will sell me an iPhone 4 locked for AT&T, but without contract? (i know i have to pay the full price)
or if i want to buy it i have to be an AT&T customer?

You do not have to be an AT&T customer to buy the iPhone 4, anyone can buy it but know if you are buying it without a contract you have to pay the outright price for it which will be either $600-$700 depending on the GB.

Are you a worker of BestBuy?
So... if i am going to USA from ARGENTINA, i can buy it without contract, and then unlock it... i know i have to pay more for the phone...
but at BestBuy Facebook, they are replying me:
Gona - The contract of lack of a contract is between you and AT&T. We as Best Buy do not control your agreement with AT&T and will not be advising you if you can unlock a phone.
Which contract are they talking me about if i'm buying the phone for the full price and in my country AT&T doesn't exist?!?!!?

i know that if i unlock the iphone i "loose" the warranty, but i want to know if i go from Argentina to USA, i can buy it, for the full price, without contract and then unlock it... or BestBuy will "obligate" me to have an AT&T plan to get one... Becuase they tell me that they need an activation of AT&T of all the iphones pruchased.
