horrible customer service so far for the new iphone 4. why because best buy allows apple to push them around. manage your venders! that is your job! and no communication. horrible.

Arrrgh... On the iphone forums I frequent, everyone and their mother already have their iphone 4. Apparently only us people stupid enough to believe in Best Buy right now are still sitting around waiting for something we ordered 2 weeks ago. (not trying to call anyone else stupid, but I just really feel stupid right now, considering I already knew how unreliable Best Buy is about anything)

Trust me....they don't care about any of us...all they care about is making a buck and screwing us at the same time.

And trust me I know that from first hand experience. I worked for them several years ago and their big thing was "Get them what they need and make sure you keep trying to add on to the sale". Whether is was cables that were more expensive than you needed, or the service plans, or if you bought a TV why don't you go ahead and get that DVD player you always wanted.
