Closing a T-Mobile account question....

I have 4 lines on my account and against my wife's will on April 19 I bought my oldest daughter the Blaze 4g on a totally new account because she's doing so well in school. I didn't opt for the BBM insurance but got the insurance (the more expensive one which includes lost/stolen) through T-Mobile just like my other phones.

 

Well, low and behold my daughter lost the phone last night-Sat, Apr 21!

 

The reason I'm on here is because I want you guys to help me stop hearing my wife's nagging mouth!

 

I know with the insurance through T-Mobile and it being less than 14 days of having the new account there has to be a way to CLOSE the account without destroying my pockets.

 

PLEASE HELP!!!

You would need to contact tmobile. You can't return it through Best Buy and cancel it because you don't have the phone. I kind of doubt that tmobile will allow you to do anything either but definitely call them up.

The insurance provides a replacement device, not a way to back out of the contract. You cannot return the replacement to Best Buy as it is not the device they sold you.
