I recently upgraded my phone to the samsung epic 4g touch. For the most part i like the phone but its not what i expected. My GPS never is able to get signal, even tho i can get on internet & make calls. Battery life SUCKS and takes FOREVER to charge....just to name a few things

I am within my exchange period, ive got my reciept & original charger but DO NOT have the box. I want to exchange it for an iphone. Do i NEED the box to do an exchange?

No, you do not need the box to complete a return or an exchange. You need all materials and products that were in the box, and obviously the serial number on the phone needs to match that of the one on the reciept.

i suggest that you call the Samsung company service center to get a first hand information on how to go about it. That will save you some stress and time as well.

I think you do not need any box to replace it.you have to go to the showroom they will give you the right information
