To start off, I am a Premier Silver member.
I purchased an Android phone a little over 30 days ago. I've used it in that time as my work phone and tried to get used to it, but I've noticed that the battery is not lasting as long as I'd like and it tends to force close programs more than run them. I upgraded to the latest OS version from the AT&T over the air update, thinking that might take care of it, but no help.
I noticed that the return policy for cell phones looks to be 30 days. However, as a Premier Silver member, my return policy states 45 days. Can someone please verify that I do have 45 days to return this cell phone? Thanks.

Please explain reverse my contract. Does that mean that I lose the upgrade portion of my contract and would then have to
pay full price for the next phone?
I would like to exchange my current phone for the new Nokia Windows Lumia 900 that is coming out. Is that possible?

Correct. If you return the phone at this point, your contract is still extended for 2 years and you will not be able to upgrade again for ~20 months (just like you had kept the phone you purchased).

Only if you are within your 45-day return policy when the phone comes out. The launch date is scheduled for April 8th, so you may be able to make it.

The salesperson in Naples, Fl, at Coastland Mall sold me a locked iPhone 4S , saying that was unlocked and I could bring it
Brazil without any problem because that Iphone will work FOR SURE.
Now my son in Brazil still not having a cell....
These employees should be more honest and trained.

Would you please explain what your post is supposed to say? It appears you are confusing an iPhone 4s with an android phone...yet even then your post makes no sense at all.

I am not confused, actually I am talking about the battery problem of android based phones( which "sanfilti" is talking about in his post ), this is because of of all that applications which run unnecessarily. One should try 'Advanced task Killer' or 'One touch Battery Saver'.

I am on my third Android phone, and do not use any task killer. I have no issues with battery drain, and I am a heavy user. I can tell you that there is no reason to have task managers on Android. Out of the box, without any changes, each of the Android phones I have owned have been better than my iPhone in battery life, speed, and performance.
