I purchased an Iphone 32gb 4S from an APPLE store and also purchased the monthly BTP from best for $14.99 a month. I had to show the receipt to the cashier to verify that it was purchased within 30 days. Unfortunately I wet the phone and it didn't work. So I had Geek Squad send the phone out for rapid exchange.
Here's the thing...
When I walked into Best Buy to pick the phone up from service, it wouldn't connect to my Verizon account...because the phone was an ATT IPHONE!!!. It turns out that the Best Buy Mobile associate put the the SKU for an ATT iphone instead of a Verizon SKU.
My question is can I go into the store and return/exchange the plan for the correct SKU and service my phone again...only this time sending the ATT phone that I received and hopefully get the correct Verizon iphone from service?

As I had purchased the plan at a different best buy location and sent it at yet another location, they said they have to just return/exchange the actual black tie plan with the correct SKU and the service center would send back a VERIZON phone when sending the ATT phone.
