Hello,
New here. So I bought a BlackBerry Bold 9700 for AT&T, It was an upgrade I got it for free in "Free Phone Friday". I ordered it online. Then I changed my mind and didn't want to be stuck with a 2-year contract, So I returned it to my local Bestbuy and I'm wondering since I returned it, How long does it take for my upgrade to reverse-back? Will I get refunded my upgrade fee, and data plan? Will everything go back to normal!? Thank You!!.

ATT is supposed to reverse the upgrade within three business days, but they're not always johnny-on-the-spot with it. You may have to return to your local BB to have them call ATT and submit the cancellation again. Your upgrade fee will be refunded, and your old phone will be put back on the account, with whatever features it had.
