When to Bestbuy in Ontario CA to purchase four Verizon phones. It was the last day to get the Verizon unlimited Data Plans. I arrived one and a half hours before closing time. Took approximately one hour to get any service. They were busy and only had two people working the "counter." When I finally received help, it was half an hour untill closing time. Luckily I had a whole hour before I was offered any help to pick the four phones I wanted. After being "approved" (whatever that means) for the four phones, I was told by the employee that they were having "computer problems." Moments later, I was told that I would have to return at a later time because they were closed and they could not process my transaction. Unfortunately that was not an option for me because if I didnt activate my service that same day, I would not qualify for Verizon's unlimited data plan. Needless to say, I went home without my four phones and bestbuy lost my $750. My family always tells me that I spend more time at bestbuy than I do at home. Due to my bad experience, that will no longer be the case. Bestbuy lost a loyal customer.

Being approved means that a credit check was run by Verizon in order to determine if you were eligible for 4 lines of service. As for the computer problems, I can't comment as I obviously wasn't there. Did they give you any further details?
