Att does allow to upgrade the phone if we are within a month of upgrade, So, I walked into a bestbuy store, they said they can do it too. So, I come back the next day with all information and then they say could not do that. My regular  upgrade date is April 11. Can you provide an insight to the difference in answer at different days at BestBuy, and if Bestbuy ever does an upgrade if we are within a month of regular upgrade?

With AT&T you can upgrade on the first day of your upgrade month, which would be April 1st.
