Not sure on the date but I think it was sometime in January I recieved an email from best buy on a offer of $50 towards a new phone that was to be good for a year. I acknowledged the email and was under the impression that my credit was there to use if I purchased a new phone. Well now I am thinking about adding another line and wanted to use this "credit" and can't find anything on the bestbuy site if this credit even exists so does anyone know where I might be able to see about this? I don't want to go into the store thinking I have $50 to apply to a new phone and it not be there. I know these credits exists because a friend also got one. I thought I had saved the email but I changed email accounts and now that email account is gone. Is there anyway for me to find out from BB if I still have this credit? I just didn't know what to do here and hoping someone on here could guide me in the right direction.

I found it!! I did register my phone # and will be able to use it towards my purchase if choose to do so....
I am just glad I did register and I went back in my trash folder and found it there and did print it out just in case. I can't believe I deleted it in the first place!! Oversight on my behalf but I get more junk mail than good mail so I guess it got "shuffled" in to the trash by accident!

Glad to hear. The credit should be applied automatically but it's always good to let the sales associate know at the beginning of the transaction as well.
