iPod & Smart Phone mount

Is it possible to use a single/generic mount and have two different power/audio cords coming from behind the dash to use either (at different times) an iPod or a smart phone thru the car audio?

Most things are possible.  I don't think this would be too tricky to do since we carry mounts that have interchangeable pieces on them.  I have done both of those types of setups and it might just depend on how you want the connection done.  You might be better off taking your vehicle to your local store to have them take a look at your setup and recommend the best way to go.
