I tried using the BB.com tool for checking the fit of a car stereo in a particular vehicle, but my selection has no effect. It keeps saying "Does this item fit your vehicle? Find out now." I keep selecting my vehicle (and several others just to test it), but no selection gives me a response.

Yeah, the BBY.com tool has always seemed very clunky and somewhat out of date to me as well.  Your best option might be to call your nearest store and have them check on our newer updated system that we have access to in the store, they will likely be able to give you more information on what will work.  On a side note, if your vehicle can use a single din radio then all single din radios would work since it is a standard size and the same goes for a double din.  The trick is figuring out what it is possible to fit in a specific vehicle since dash designs vary.
