What would be the best amplifier for a MTX Audio Terminator Series TNE212D 1200 Watt Dual 12" Sub Enclosure and what else would I need to get it set up.

I looked up the MTX TNE212D on our website and it comes with the 250W amp. Are you planning on doing the install yourself? I would recommend getting input from our install bay techs as to anything further you might need, or you can do what I do..And have them install it for you! Hope this helps. Some of our super users might have more suggestions.

i would use just bridge a mono amp like the JL Audio 500/1 or the Alpine MRP-M500. it would give you the power you need

Those subs are 200W RMS each and they are 4 ohm SVC so you would do well with either a 2 channel @ 200W RMS @ 4 ohm stereo or a mono @ 400W RMS @ 2ohms. If you are asking specifically about amps we carry, the Alpine MRP-M500 would be a good choice since it is a mono @ 500W RMS @ 2ohms. It is a little more than what those subs are looking for, but should be just fine if it is tuned properly.
